The development has a total land area of 8,070 sqm. This is a joint venture project of AVIDA Land Corp. and Makati Greenbelt Palms Land Inc.
It is a master planned community of two (2) affordable towers with a V-shaped lay out for optimum views from each unit.
The main amenity area will also be placed on a podium level at the third floor to provide privacy and exclusivity.
For additional convenience to unit owners, there is one garbage chute available per floor. There are also mailboxes for each unit located at the main lobby.

The main gate is located along Don Chino Roces Ave. although a provisional secondary gate has been accommodated along Estacion Street should it be deemed necessary in the future.

Avida Towers San Lorenzo is located at 2208 Pasong Tamo Street, Barangay Pio Del Pilar, Makati City, beside Waltermart and right across Don Bosco Makati.
Bounded by one way streets of Pasong Tamo and Estacion Street. Major thoroughfares are easily accessible from the project: EDSA, South Superhighway, Buendia etc.
